Leadership: Assessment Of Core Competencies
OVERVIEW
The purpose of this module is to provide feedback to participants with respect to their current level of functioning as a leader.
Each participant receives a personal leadership profile reflecting stated preferences and behaviors as identified by several personal assessments. Participants also receive feedback from his/her boss, peers and colleagues obtained through scientific surveys.

Describe and understand their MBTI personality preferences.
Explain their core executive competencies and leadership challenges.
Describe the extent to which they engage in behaviors of highly effective leaders.
Describe the extent to which they engage in behaviors that result in high levels of trust and credibility.
Implement a personal leadership development plan of action.
