Integrated Leadership Academy
The Integrated Leadership Academy was established by Louie V. Larimer, President of Focused Strategies, Inc., a Colorado Springs based leadership and management consulting firm, to provide organizational leaders with a means of continuing their personal leadership development as well as enhancing the skills, knowledge and leadership development of their management personnel.
The Integrated Leadership Academy offers proven, practical, and results oriented executive education that teaches people how to be effective leaders.
The Integrated Leadership Series
The Integrated Leadership Series consists of fifteen modules of instruction that integrate scientific leadership principles and interpersonal skills training into a comprehensive core curriculum that prepares executives for the challenges of leading others to high performance.
The Entrepreneurial Leadership Series
The Entrepreneurial Business Leadership Series consists of ten modules of instruction focused on business and entrepreneurial principles.
Methodology
State of the art, research based, practical and results focused principles are presented in a highly structured adult learning environment using a variety of teaching methods such as dynamic lecture, film study, role play, case simulations, Socratic debate, group discussion and individual reflection.
Each module of instruction is typically one day in length with a few exceptions.
