The Integrated Leader
OVERVIEW
Most organizational leaders understand and appreciate that their fundamental duty as a leader is to produce results and outcomes for their organization.
The purpose of this module is to provide organizational leaders with an integrated perspective of how to go about producing results and outcomes by working through other people.
The module brings together the foremost leadership principles into a simple and easily understood construct based upon the identification and articulation of eight primary and fundamental duties that every leader needs to fulfill.
