Executive Communications
OVERVIEW
The inability of people to communicate at work is a major cause of interpersonal conflict.
As a result, organizational leaders and CEOs spend an inordinate amount of time, effort and energy trying to solve basic problems of communications.
Surprisingly, most employees believe that they are effective communicators and that the cause of poor communication is the "other employee" or the "boss."
