  5. Explain the obstacles that interfere with the development of accountability and know how to overcome them.



  6. Explain and utilize the principles of motivation.



  7. Create highly motivating performance covenants.

  9. Implement a personal plan of action that will promote, inspire, and encourage accountability.



  10. Implement a performance management system based upon a balance of objective measurement of outcomes and core competencies.
